As such, we have no control over the quality, safety, legality, or sourcing of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, or the ability of buyers to pay for items.

You agree that Invertmart has no responsibility or liability for:

The legality of any item listed or sold, including compliance with local, state, federal, or international laws regarding the ownership, transport, or sale of specific species.
Whether any listed animal or item was obtained legally or ethically.
The health, condition, or quality of any animal or item sold through the platform.
Any disputes arising between buyers and sellers.
Any loss or damage resulting from transactions conducted through the Service.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their listings and transactions comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We strongly encourage buyers and sellers to communicate directly, exercise caution, and use common sense when conducting transactions.
